We desire to treat each client as though they were family. That's the lens through which each inspection is performed. We believe that this perspective causes us to innovate, improve, and achieve a greater quality product for each and every client. If you feel we haven't lived up to that standard, let us know. An email is a great format to tell us how you feel, good or bad. ​

What you should expect

You should expect the highest quality home inspection available. You deserve it. Not only will the inspection be thorough, but the report will be written in a way that is easy to understand. We pride ourselves in customer service and strive to place your needs ahead of our own.  ​

We are licensed for home inspections in both North Carolina and Mississippi. Certification was originally gained through AHIT but we adhere to the much stricter standards of InterNACHI. Every year we assess what our clients greatest needs are and complete continuing education qualifications in those areas. These include but are not limited to: Pool and Spa, Advanced HVAC, Advanced Deck, Infrared Thermography, etc.​
